Our new champion (the 2011 Virginia Governor’s Cup winner!), this Reserve is barrel-fermented and aged sur-lie (on the yeast lees) in small premium oak barrels for more than three years. This process makes this well-rounded creamy Virginia white wine unique to any other. We believe it’s still extremely youthful despite its vintage.
Pairing: Our Virginia Chardonnay Reserve white wine pairs beautifully with mild and flavorful cheeses and all types of veal, pork, poultry, seafood and cream sauce pasta main course dishes.
